Thanks for your e-mail. I've tried to reduce the size of the photos by turning one of them to pdf hopefully you can see them ! Sorry it has taken so long to send you some photos of her and an update on how she is.
Fly settled quickly into her new home although when she arrived we had a shock at how tall she looks compared to her other horsey friends at the stables (who are mainly arabs and anglo arabs).
We had some wonderful news in April last year when we found out that I was expecting our first baby. We decided to ask a good friend of mine in Yorkshire to look after her during the summer to back her and start her training as I was otherwise engaged!
Her training went very well and my friend said that Fly was straightforward and enjoyed being the centre of attention during her training and of course the extra food and treats too! Benjamin our baby boy was born in December last year and is very gorgeous and keeping us very busy!
I finally managed to sit on Fly for the first time in May this year and since then have been doing some light hacking around the bridleways surrounding our stables. She has been a very good girl despite the fact that I've been riding sporadically due to the time constraints of having a young baby.
I've attached some photos of her - during her training in Yorkshire and getting dirty again after a bath. Hope you feel that she looks well. We are delighted with her she is so beautiful, friendly and genuine and takes everything in her stride.
Hope all is well with you and your extended horsey family. Happy Christmas to you all.
